Inscriptions
1- Congress participant: contact information
To formalize your inscription you should refill this form on line. You also have to refill the RESERVATION FORM_HOTEL and order it by fax (+34) 93 253 53 01 or e-mail info@fundacionecabv.org to the ECA Bureau Veritas Foundation. Afterwards, you will be contacted by the organization in order to inform you about the bank details payment.
PRICES
- Congress participants: 150,00€. The inscription includes accommodation for 3 nights in a hotel (double room, accommodation and breakfast) in Santa Cristina d’Aro, Platja d’Aro or Sant Feliu de Guíxols in a 2, 3 or 4 stars hotel (to choose among the different options of the list, limited space). The documentation and meals that are in the program are also included in the fee.
- Accompanying person: 100,00€. The inscription includes accommodation for 3 nights in a hotel in the same room as the congress participant. Also includes the meals that are in the program and the activities for accompanying persons.
- Rent of a bike: 50,00€. The fee includes the rent of a bike (city bike or BTT) during the 4 days of the Congress.
- Additional night: 80,00€. The registration fee includes the accommodation for 3 nights. Any other more night will be considerate as additional.
- Congress participants without accommodation: 50,00€. It includes the inscription to the Congress, the documentation and all the activities that are in the program. It doesn’t include neither the 3 nights of accommodation in a hotel and breakfast nor the rent of a bike.
The members of a bike users organisation will obtain a 10% discount at the inscription, there’s only necessary to indicate at the “org” section the name of the organization between brackets.
