Everyone is invited to send a poster to be hung on the Congress venue where the event will take place. The best posters will be selected to been presented by their
authors during the Congress.

For who is it?
To all those organizations, companies, administrations, town halls, tourism offices,
tour operators, journalists, students, clubs, foundations, federations, etc that has
something to say in relation with the Cycle Tourism.
Formal caractheristics
• Paper poster, weight and colour to choose
• Dimensions: 50 x 70 cm
• Language: Catalan, Spanish, English or French
• It has to be indicated: name and surname, name of the organization, post and contact details about the author of the poster•
Sending
You have to send the design of your poster in PDF format to the following email
address info@fundacionecabv.org before 1st September at 18:00. After a week, we
will inform to all the people who have sent a poster if they have been selected or not
to present it in the Congress.
DATES: From 1st to 4th October 2009.
EMPLACEMENT: Sports Pavilion of Santa Cristina d’Aro.
TARGET GROUP: Hotel industry, municipalities and administration, companies
of rent and services for bicycles, clubs, users' entities, travel agencies, tour
operators, transportation companies , journalists and communicators.
SCOPE: Nacional and internacional.
LANGUAGE: Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
